Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to the Club

By booking a course, camp, or event with Code Quest Kids, you agree to these terms. We want our club to be a fun, creative, and safe place for all young game-makers. We ask parents and kids to help us keep it that way!

2. Enrolment and Payments

  • All bookings for our courses and camps must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Your child's spot is only confirmed once the full fee is paid, or an agreed payment plan is set up.
  • We keep our class sizes small so everyone gets help building their games. Spaces are given on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We know plans can change. Here is how we handle cancellations:

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before a camp or course starts, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, we cannot offer a full refund, but we will gladly move your booking to another available date or issue club credit.
  • If Code Quest Kids needs to cancel a session (for example, due to instructor illness), we will offer a makeup session or refund you for that specific day.

4. Club Rules and Safety

Safety and kindness are our top priorities. All kids are expected to treat their classmates, instructors, and equipment with respect.

  • No bullying or unkind behavior will be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask a child to leave the program if their behavior disrupts the learning of others, without a refund.
  • Parents must drop off and pick up their kids on time. Let us know if someone else is picking up your child!
  • We provide all laptops and coding tools. Kids do not need to bring their own devices unless specifically told otherwise for a special event.

5. Privacy and Your Data

We take your family's privacy seriously. We only collect the details we need to run our clubs safely (like emergency contact numbers and medical info). We never sell your details. For full information on how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy .
